About the chapter
The Hyderabad Integrated Chapter.
Once a member, a peer for life.
YPO is the global leadership community of chief executives — leaders who reached the top of significant businesses early, and who choose to keep growing among peers who understand the seat they sit in.
YPO Hyderabad Integrated Chapter is that community at home. Formed in 2005 with 33 members at induction, it has grown to 128 — chief executives and managing directors of the city's corporate and business houses, with women leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs among them.
An Executive Committee of eleven members drives the chapter. Learning events run every month, built around bonding, learning and networking for members, spouses and children — with topics spanning leadership, business development, family, innovation and risk-taking, cross-chapter exchange and chapter health.
Each year, members and spouses travel together to an international retreat, sixty to seventy strong. The focus remains what it has always been — tremendous advantage to each other, and learning through idea exchange.

Candidates meet one requirement from each of YPO's four global criteria, summarised below. Criteria are set by YPO and revised periodically.
Criteria 1 · Age
Under 45 years old at the time of joining.
Criteria 2 · Leadership
- Top operational leader of the company or division
- Final decision-making authority
- Full P&L accountability
- Authority to hire and fire
- Leadership across core business functions
Criteria 3 · Employees
- 50 full-time employees, or
- 15+ full-time employees with US $2,750,000+ in annual employee compensation
Criteria 4 · Revenue
- Sales, service or manufacturing: US $16,000,000+
- Financial institution: US $330,000,000+ AUM
- or enterprise value of US $27,000,000+
